This Week's Construction Update

The exterior work is nearly complete, and interior finishing is now fully underway. While the photos may not show dramatic changes like previous updates, this is a sign that we are moving into the final stages—and getting closer to completion, which is very exciting!

This week 9/8 - 9/12

• EIFS work continues - to be completed by early next week

• MEP’s continued rough in – Mechanical Continues…waiting on drywall in certain areas

• Additional drywall installation continued

• Insulation installation continues

• Storefront windows Installation - completed

• Exterior door installation – Slightly delayed, Installed by end of next week

• Operable wall track has been installed on main beam

• We are currently – Around 3-4 weeks ahead of SCHEDULE
