Progress continued last week on the Commons with the following projects completed:
- Graded front area and seeded.
- Framing started around outside of Commons.
- Work to begin sheeting the outside walls, which will take about 1-1/2 weeks to complete.
- Concrete poured for mezzanine and stairs.
For the week ahead....7/14 - 7/18
- Continue sheeting walls with steel and DensGlass to outside
- Roof work will be starting possibly end of week or early week of 21st, with 1 week to complete
Weather permitting the building will be dried in by the end of the July with HVAC units installed on the roof beginning the week of August 1st.
Chapel/Business Office Renovation
- Electrical and wiring is roughed in
- Drywall mudding and sanding to be completed this week
- Paint and trim to follow
The Chapel/Business Office Renovation should be completed by the end of July!
